General Questions
We are a community contribution platform where people can support each other in achieving their goals by contributing to products and projects they believe in.
Yes, creating an account and browsing products is completely free!
For Contributors
Simply find a product you'd like to support, click on it, choose your contribution amount, and follow the secure payment process.
Contributions are generally non-refundable as they go directly to supporting the product creator. However, if a product doesn't reach its funding goal, your contribution will be fully refunded.
For Product Creators
After creating an account, go to your dashboard and click "Post New Product". Fill in the details, set your target amount, and submit for review.
Congratulations! You'll receive the funds (minus applicable fees) and can proceed with bringing your product to life. Keep your contributors updated!
Payments & Fees
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal for secure transactions.
There is a small platform fee of 5% on successful contributions to help us maintain and improve the service.
Account & Security
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and payment information.
